The villa had a great layout with plenty of space for our group of 7. the pool was a highlight and the sunbeds provided ample space for relaxation. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the main strip with shops and restaurants, and only 500m from Fig Tree Beach. the villa also had good equipment for audio and video, and the kitchen was well arranged. We particularly enjoyed using the BBQ outside on the terrace. the welcome pack provided by the villa owners was a nice touch.
Felt very secure, nothing too much trouble.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the villa. The decor was elegant and tasteful, making me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, allowing me to move around easily without any difficulty. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed throughout the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
It would have been even better if there were more options for activities catered specifically towards senior guests.

Ayia Napa Harbour and Marina are definitely worth checking out if you're looking for an exciting activity to do with your family. We had a fantastic time exploring this vibrant area, with its picturesque views and bustling atmosphere. The kids especially enjoyed walking along the harbor, watching the boats sail by, and even catching a glimpse of some local wildlife. We also found some great restaurants nearby, where we could enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the stunning views. Ayia Napa Harbour and Marina provided us with a fun-filled family outing that we won't soon forget.
My wife says that it would have been great to have more information available for families with children at Ayia Napa Harbour and Marina. While we had a great time exploring, we felt that there could have been more interactive activities or play areas specifically designed for younger children.

Flexible check-in and check-out times, allowing for a more relaxed vacation schedule. the pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience throughout the stay
The villa was not as advertised, leading to some disappointment upon arrival. The management company's response to issues was lacking, resulting in a lack of guidance and support during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a villa in a great location near the resort center. The villa was modern and spacious, with plenty of outside space and a lovely pool. We were actually surprised by the table football and pool table. Despite a few maintenance issues, such as a non-locking patio door and temporary electricity problems, we still enjoyed our time at the villa. I would definitely recommend this place for a enjoyable stay.

The villa was located within a 10-minute walk of beautiful Figtree Bay, which was perfect for enjoying beach days with the kids. The pool table and snooker table in the villa provided great entertainment for the whole family. The beds were comfortable and the villa was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Additionally, we encountered a few maintenance issues, such as a broken chair and sunbed, which had to be replaced.
